TikViral stores enquiry details you submit, client memberships, campaign briefs, connected TikTok profile details, public video metadata, engagement counts, and dated metric snapshots to operate its distribution workspace.

Sign-in and connections

Workspace sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. TikTok connections use TikTok authorization. TikViral stores encrypted access and refresh tokens; it does not ask for your TikTok password. Enquiry submissions use a hashed network identifier for rate limiting.

Access and public posts

TikViral administrators can manage the workspace. Clients can access their assigned client records and campaign results. Only posts explicitly selected by an administrator appear in the public showcase.

Disconnecting and requests

Disconnecting an account revokes its TikTok access and removes its saved tokens. Historical campaign records remain. To request correction or deletion of records, submit an enquiry on this website identifying the relevant client workspace. The administrator reviews these requests.

Hosting

This website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. TikTok data is fetched from TikTok’s official APIs. TikTok links open TikTok, where its own policies apply.

This notice describes the current application. Business contact details and any additional operational privacy practices should be supplied by TikViral before public launch.
